Full of expectations we arrived at destination, the SPAINVENTURE coordinator, picked us up at the Málaga Terminal, punctual and with an exclusive mini-bus for the group. From the first the moment we set off the airport the Spainventure coordinator began to description on the white-towns through which we crossing road to our hotel: it was a very good first contact.
We arrived at the Hotel Facing the Mediterranean Sea: Fantastic and big Surprise!! SPAINVENTURE made reservations for the rooms, all of them with Sea view, Amazing!!!.
Already with the Timeline in our hands, who sent us with the information pack, we went to dinner at a “tapas restaurant” in Fuengirola, we thoroughly enjoyed that our “first tapas” in Spain and we prepared to live our Adventures!!!.
The first day of adventure picked us up from the hotel, after a good breakfast in front of the sea, with his exclusive transport and took us to the interior of the province of Malaga, near Antequera, to perform Paragliding in a Free Flight, and was a whole “Amazing Adventure” from the start, traveling by the road until the take off area, almost 50 minutes, falling in love with the landscapes of Andalusia, passing in a short time from the “Sea to the Mountains”, crossing small but charming White Towns.
Preparations to take off, the assembly of the sail, the instructions of the pilots to each of the adventurers, added more excitement and suspense to our flight. The race to take off, taked my GoPro, with the precautions to dont entangled with the safety harnesses, the “orders” of the pilot and the end of the mountain in front of us, filled me with “Adrenaline” living a state of total satisfaction.
The flight was quiet and with incredible viewsof the landscapes around us: the pilot was telling me at all times the points of interest that were around us, he asked me interested in whether I was enjoying and if I liked the experience. Almost at the point of landing the pilot began to make a descent in “corkscrew”!! How exciting … but only a couple of laps, and from there to the landing zone. First part achieved !!!, and we go to continue the adventure.
After lunch at a “Venta” (Typical Spanish Restaurant) front of the Guadalhorce Swamp we went trekking through the “Caminito del Rey”, almost 3 hours of adventure in a walk admiring the landscape and listening carefully to the guide that SPAINVENTURE put at our disposal for the whole journey.
After all these emotions we return to the hotel to rest of this first day of Adventure in Andalusia.
